How do I add another user to my farm?

A

First off, well done! We love collaboration. You can add any users to your farm if they have a Farm At Hand account. If they haven’t already, they can sign up here. Then you can add them by clicking “Add/Manage Users” from your Farm At Hand dashboard. Set the permission setting and voila, you’re good to go!

Your team members can also ask for permission to join your farm directly from the app.

Can I export my information to a PDF or CSV document?

Not yet. This feature is on our product roadmap and we’ll let you know when it’s ready. In the meanwhile, if you need your information exported you can contact our support team who will be happy to assist. Email them at support (at) farmathand.com

I can't access some of the features, such as: Calendar, Message Centre, Commodity Status. Why?

We are currently working on those features, we want to make sure that they are awesome :) They will be back.

Are you selling my data? Who owns the information I upload?

A

No, we never have and never will. Your information is your information. You choose who has access to it and when.

Do I have to pay for this?

A

Nope. The base of what we offer is free to use to keep track of your farm. We do have some premium features that are paid.
