Terms & Conditions:
You agree that by making this purchase, that you confirm and accept and agree to all the terms and conditions of the MSA (https://farmathand.com/msa/) and to the contents and specifications set out in this invoice. You can cancel your Farm At Hand Premium or Standard subscription at any time as per the terms of the MSA. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, the cancellation will take effect on the next billing period unless communicated to you by Farm At Hand. You will retain access to your Farm At Hand account until the start of the next billing period. You will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in your current billing period. If you do not cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew every 12 months. Subscription fees paid are final and non-refundable unless otherwise determined at the sole discretion of Farm At Hand.
To change your subscription from Standard to Premium or Premium to Standard; please contact [email protected]. If you change plans prior to the next billing cycle; you will be charged the pro-rated difference. If you are downgrading your account from Premium to Standard these changes will not take effect until the next billing cycle and you will not be refunded the difference.
