The following steps only apply for purchases completed through the web (www.farmathand.com)
- Open the “Update Payment Method Details” email and click on the “Update Payment Method” button.
- You should see the “Add a payment method” screen. Provide your credit card details and “Add”.
- If instead you see the “Manage Your Subscription” screen, please enter your email (connected to your Web purchase). Click Continue.
- You’ll receive the “Your One Time Password (OTP)” email. Enter the number provided in the email on the previous page. Once entered, click Login.
- You’ll be prompted to update your credit card details (as listed above).
