The following steps only apply for purchases completed through the web (

  1. Open the “Update Payment Method Details” email and click on the “Update Payment Method” button.
  2. You should see the “Add a payment method” screen. Provide your credit card details and “Add”.
  3. If instead you see the “Manage Your Subscription” screen, please enter your email (connected to your Web purchase). Click Continue.
  4. You’ll receive the “Your One Time Password (OTP)” email. Enter the number provided in the email on the previous page. Once entered, click Login.
  5. You’ll be prompted to update your credit card details (as listed above).
